 ok tasty\, nutritious food but feel uninspired?\nJoin us for this workshop
 .\nIt will be a hands on\, fun session\, where local chef John Coghill (of
  Sligachan and Heb Inn fame) will share his passion and knowledge of simpl
 e\, nutritious food.\nJohn\, who runs SELF Health Food will be sharing som
 e of his own story\, on how he turned his life and health around by focusi
 ng on more wholesome food.\nYou will be involved in the preparation of a 2
  course meal using seasonal\, locally sourced ingredients.\nForaged nettle
 s will feature to fit in with the theme of the movie.\nYou will also get a
  few recipe ideas to take home with you.\nWorkshop and meal £25\nFor the 
 meal we will invite the wider community to join us at 5:30 (cost £10)\nTo
